Shipping & Handling
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. However, during new releases and restocks, it can take up to 5 business days to process based on the order received.
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. Please note, any delays incurred by the courier is at their discretion and not at the discretion of Coloured Raine.
Please ensure you enter the correct billing/shipping address BEFORE submitting your order. Please note, we are currently not shipping to Africa, Belgium, China, Ghana, Greece, Israel, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sudan and the United Arab Emirates due to customs regulations on importing cosmetics within your region.
Once the assigned courier has confirmed a delivery of your package, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items and cannot issue a refund.
Unfortunately, if there was a mistake made on your address upon checkout, we are unable to issue a refund. A new shipment can be sent once re-shipment costs has been remitted.
USPS Standard (Flat Rate): 5-7 business days but can take up to 10 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1 - 3 business days (estimate as provided by USPS)
UPS Ground: 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays)
UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1 business day by 3PM (not including weekends or holidays)
USPS Standard: 7-30 business days
UPS Worldwide Expedited: 3-5 business days
All international rates are calculated at checkout.
Please note, delivery time listed are the estimated delivery dates as provided by the courier. Delivery time depends on your selected country and depending on the handling with customs. Majority of the orders do get delivered within the specified time frame. However, there are certain circumstances such as inclement weather, holiday closures or inaccurate shipping information.
International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's local customs clearance upon arrival. Coloured Raine is not responsible for any importing fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
If your shipment shows a confirmed delivery from the assigned courier, we are not responsible for sending a replacement package due to loss or stolen mail or issue a refund. Please contact your local post office to open a case regarding the whereabouts of your package. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier or undeliverable addresses.
We believe in providing exceptional customer service and will always do our best to assist with any issue or concern you may have with a purchased item. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have up to 14 days upon receipt to return it for a refund minus shipping and handling.
To complete your request, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization. If a product is damaged it may only be exchanged for the same product you originally purchased. Any damaged eyeshadow palettes received, please send an email to customer service for instructions on how to return the damaged palette. Any returns sent without a RA# will automatically be denied.
Eye lashes, eyeshadows, eyeshadow palettes, nail polish are not refundable/exchangeable. Exceptions are made for damaged items. All of these items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
Shipping fees will not be credited back unless the issue was on our end.
