Yes, our entire line is cruelty free and we are certified by PETA. We do not under any circumstances test on animals. All ingredients are fully listed within the product pages. In fact, a few of our products are Vegan, Paraben Free and Gluten Free. Feel free to check out credentials.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be adjusted. We do not offer price adjustments for products purchased before or after promotions.

If your order has not be assigned a tracking number, please quickly send us an email at email@example.com and we will try to cancel it as soon as possible. If it has been processed for shipment, unfortunately, we are no longer able to cancel the order.
Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders received, we are unable to change an order once it has been received.

Shipping costs depend on your order and location. We do offer flat rate domestic shipping from $5.95. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All shipping is processed via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments and insurance is available through USPS. Any false claims of missing packages will not be honored once the courier confirms a delivery. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided. We believe in providing exceptional customer service and will always do our best to assist with any issue or concern you may have with a purchased item. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have up to 14 days upon receipt to return it for a refund minus shipping and handling. Sadly, all purchases on our eyeshadows, eyeshadow palettes and eyelashes are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund due to the nature of the product.
