Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders received, we are unable to change an order once it has been received.
Orders typically ship 1-2 business days after received. However, during restock, sales and new releases it can take up to 5 days to process. USA customers can expect 3-10 days to arrive. International up to 6 weeks dependent on your local customs clearance.

We believe in providing exceptional customer service and will always do our best to assist with any issue or concern you may have with a purchased item. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have up to 7 days upon receipt to return it for a refund minus shipping and handling. To complete your request, please send an email to email@example.com to obtain a return authorization. If a product is damaged it may only be exchanged for the same product you originally purchased.
Eye lashes, eyeshadows, eyeshadow palettes, nail polish are not refundable/exchangeable. Exceptions are made for damaged items. All of these items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
