Hideous color. It’s more of a dull dark purple. It looks nothing like the photo. It doesn’t complement my chocolate colored skin tone. I have it away.

It stays smooth on your lips with a lip gloss or chapstick and dries fast! The color looks nice with plenty of outfits.

Not like color in picture it much darker and more of a deep purple do not be fooled by picture on their site its not a light pink as shown.

This is such a surprising shade; didn't know what to expect other than a mauve, nude shade that probably wouldn't look right on me, boy was I wrong! I might have to place another order for this one alone.

My new favorite lipstick! I love this color! I thought it was going to be a lighter colored purple based on the photo provided. However, this purple lipstick has a grey undertone, making it a little darker and not as bright. It’s a more subtle purple color than what I usually go for. It could definitely be used by people who don’t usually stray from neutrals, because it’s not over the top. I love the way it wears off too. It is a creamy lipstick. I can rub my lips together hours after I apply and it spreads the lipstick around. It makes it look almost like I just put it on.

I'd describe it as a purple that makes the same statement as nude color like Brown Suga (I own that one as well). I don't believe it's intention is for it to pop in an intense capacity like some of the other comments state. It has a intense sutle pop (yes I said intense and sutle-it's balanced). If you are looking for a super intense pop, try Uptown's little sister, Berrie Raine (I own that one too) and am in love with it. Uptown is a pigment rich sutle purple due to the grey undertones. If you are looking for a gorgeous day time color, business meeting color, or just running errands yet you still want to make a statement, this color is for you. This shade, thankfully, wasn't as light as I suspected it would be. It's quite dark, actually, but then again I have a medium skin tone. Because it doesn't dry down, it transfers, but I expected that so it wasn't a flaw. It does goes on creamy and opaque, but not super opaque as a lot of their Matte Lip Paints that you only have to apply one layer to. You might need two for this one if your lips are moisturized and slick. It sits comfortably, but does wear away a tiny bit towards the inner parts of the lips over time. The pros outweigh the cons, and so I recommend this formula for anyone that doesn't mind an opaque cream lip product that doesn't dry down, and transfer upon contact, and length of time.
