Ocean Glow Lip Veil

Beautiful blue shade that moisturizers your lips but doesn't dry down so be careful if drinking or accidentally coming in contact with it.

I got this on clearance and the color is a gorgeous turquoise, very shimmery and pigmented. it was very slick applying it, like i was putting on oil, so that's good if you have dry lips like me. however, because of that slipperiness it transferred easily, i wouldn't trust it while drinking or eating. it didnt dry down at all, and i didnt wear it long enough to really test for lasting. for about the five hours i wore it, it looked good, texture was super smooth, and the moistness was nice for my lips. it was very smeary when trying to take it off, so i recommend blotting with a tissue first before using a makeup pad. in conclusion i do like it a lot, but i would only suggest it with the above caveats. i would suggest using a powder to set it, but i havent tried that myself.

The blue shade is more blue than green in real life. It does not dry down, which was a bit problematic for me. I topped it with an iridescent red/pink eye shadow and translucent powder.
