They deleted my previous review so I’m writing another and will continue to do so until I either get a refund or get my product in April like they “say”. I preordered this product months ago and the company said shipping will be in March. It’s now March and they’re saying April. I feel like this is the beginning of them playing with my money and I don’t understand why they would allow so many units to be sold if they dont have the supply, leaving people like me that have supported for years in the dust with my money in their hand and no product. So like everyone else, I am in love with Cherry Blossom, but at this point I have given up and it ever being available again. Not sure why you keep saying it's "sold out" and will be restocking because at this point it's obvious it's gone and not coming back it's been way too long at this point. The excuse of being a "smaller company" than most just doesn't cut it especially for loyal and patient customers. Larger/smaller companies have gone through some of the same issues and have either been forthright about the problem, discontinuation of a product or been able to, by this point, supply the product that is in demand. I just don't understand, there are lots of options out there to resolve this issue - there is nothing new under the sky so provide the product or call it. I'm pretty sure Cherry Blossom is what put your brand/company on soooo...

What about offering a pre-ordering option - “lip stain security deal” with a set ship out date. Everyone would be able to grab 1 or 2 and you’ll know exactly how many you’ll need to produce by whichever date. I am so paranoid I’ll miss the announcement so I visit the site at least 2x/weekly. Please take all of the frustration as a compliment, this product is just that good! I really hope to be able to rock it this summer !
