Due to the global pandemic causing excessive delays, we strongly encourage you to opt in for a minimum of ground or priority delivery service. Please note that “free”, “flat rate” or “standard” shipping may result in significant delays. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Coloured Raine cannot be held liable for delayed shipments by the courier USPS and FedEx. As always, your patience is appreciated.
Free shipping guidelines:
United States subtotal $60 after discounts are applied.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, the carrier becomes fully responsible for delivery. We are not responsible for any issues arising from any other party once your order has successfully dispatched to the carrier. This includes delayed, lost or stolen shipments. If an incorrect shipping address was provided at the time of checkout, a reshipment fee will be assessed to have the package resent to the updated location. We are committed to your satisfaction, so if you purchase the incorrect Skin Stix shade, you can either exchange for the correct shade or receive store credit within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Coloured Raine works hard to offer high-quality, vegan, and cruelty-free products at everyday low prices. Due to this mission statement, we can only accept exchanges on all other products if they are unopened and unused. For all exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping of the returned item. We do not offer refunds.*

Due to our new everyday low prices, we do not accept returns for refunds. Due to the nature of our business and for sanitary purposes due to the Covid pandemic, all sales are final. Please note that Coloured Raine Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse all returns. All sales are final. We will allow the exchange of any damaged or unused item received and reported within 14 days of receipt.
Note: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Any unauthorized returns sent will not be issued a refund and will be discarded. If a package is returned to us, it is not examined and automatically disposed.
We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Prior to submitting your order please review your details to ensure they are correct. Packages are sent to the address entered at checkout.
Change of Address
If you need to change your order because you entered the wrong address you must email us immediately firstname.lastname@example.org. This can only be done if your order is still processing or unfulfilled. If your order is fulfilled quickly which can happen, we are not able to make modifications to your order after the order is marked as fulfilled.

Estimated transit times for U.S. orders:
Priority Mail: 3 - 5 Business Days. Not inclusive of order processing times.
Flat Rate/Standard 3 - 7 Business Days. Not inclusive of order processing times.
Free Shipping: 7-14 Business Days. Not inclusive of order processing times.
Express Processing & Shipping Fedex - 2 Business Days. Inclusive of immediate processing and shipping. Not inclusive of Saturday delivery. Weekdays only!
Estimated transit times for international orders:
Flat Rate: Varies by location per country’s delivery service by FedEx or USPS
First Class Mail: Varies per Country’s customs. However it can take up to 30 business days barring any unforeseen circumstances with your local customs clearance.
Priority Mail: 6-10 Business Days. Not inclusive of order processing times.
Priority Express Mail: 3-5 Business Days. Inclusive of order processing times.
All international shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout.
*International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival. Note, Coloured Raine is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, nor will be reimbursed. We do not offer signature services for international shipments. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Coloured Raine reserves the right to request signature upon delivery for domestic shipments valued over $150 USD. We do not offer signature delivery for international shipments.

Orders typically arrive as scheduled, Coloured Raine is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carries in your country, and delays once the package leaves the U.S.
